How to Fix "Your Session Has Expired" Errors

What Does "Session Expired" Mean?
A session is your logged-in connection to an application. When it expires:
- You've been logged in for too long
- You've been inactive for too long
- There's been a security change
- Your network connection changed
How to Fix It
Step 1: Simply Log In Again
Usually all you need to do:
- Click the login button
- Enter your credentials
- Complete any two-factor authentication
- Continue working
Step 2: Save Any Unsaved Work
If you have unsaved work visible:
- Try to copy important text before clicking away
- Take a screenshot if needed
- Then log in again
If Logging In Doesn't Work
Clear Browser Cache
Old data might be causing issues:
Quick method:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
- Select "Cached images and files"
- Click Clear data
- Try logging in again
Try Incognito/Private Window
- Open an incognito or private window
- Go to the same website
- Try logging in
- If it works, clear your regular browser cache
Try a Different Browser
If one browser doesn't work, try another:
- Chrome
- Edge
- Firefox
Restart Your Browser
