    What Does "Session Expired" Mean?

A session is your logged-in connection to an application. When it expires:

    • You've been logged in for too long
    • You've been inactive for too long
    • There's been a security change
    • Your network connection changed

    How to Fix It

Step 1: Simply Log In Again

Usually all you need to do:

    • Click the login button
    • Enter your credentials
    • Complete any two-factor authentication
    • Continue working

Step 2: Save Any Unsaved Work

If you have unsaved work visible:

    • Try to copy important text before clicking away
    • Take a screenshot if needed
    • Then log in again
Note: Many apps auto-save, so your work might be fine.

    If Logging In Doesn't Work

    Clear Browser Cache

Old data might be causing issues:

    Quick method:

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
    • Select "Cached images and files"
    • Click Clear data
    • Try logging in again

    Try Incognito/Private Window

    • Open an incognito or private window
    • Go to the same website
    • Try logging in
    • If it works, clear your regular browser cache

    Try a Different Browser

If one browser doesn't work, try another:

    • Chrome
    • Edge
    • Firefox

    Restart Your Browser

    • Close all browser windows
    • Wait a moment
    • Reopen browser
    • Try again
