How to Print from Your Phone

Printing from Mobile Devices
Most modern printers support mobile printing. Here's how to print from your phone.
iPhone: AirPrint
Most network printers support Apple's AirPrint.
How to Print
- Open the document, photo, email, or webpage
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
- Scroll and tap Print
- Tap Select Printer
- Choose your printer
- Adjust copies, pages, etc.
- Tap Print
Requirements
- iPhone and printer on same WiFi network
- AirPrint-compatible printer
Android: Built-in Printing
How to Print
- Open the document or image
- Tap the three dots menu
- Tap Print or Share > Print
- Select your printer
- Adjust settings
- Tap the Print button
Adding a Printer
If your printer doesn't appear:
- Go to Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Printing
- Add a print service (like HP Print Service)
- Make sure it's enabled
Using Printer Apps
Many printer manufacturers have their own apps:
- HP Smart
- Canon PRINT
- Epson iPrint
- Brother iPrint&Scan

Printing from Cloud Storage
From OneDrive
- Open OneDrive app
- Find your document
- Tap the three dots
- Tap Print (or open in another app first)
From Google Drive
- Open Google Drive
- Open the document
- Tap three dots > Print
Email Printing
Some printers have email addresses. You can email documents directly to the printer:
- Get the printer's email address (from IT or printer settings)
- Email your document as an attachment
- It prints automatically
Troubleshooting
Can't find printer?
- Make sure you're on the office WiFi
- Check if the printer is on
- Install the printer's app
- Adjust quality in print settings
- Use the printer app for more options
