How to Connect to Your Office WiFi Network

Connecting to Office WiFi
Follow these steps to connect your device to the office WiFi network.
Windows 11
Step 1: Open WiFi Settings
- Click the WiFi icon in the taskbar (bottom right)
- Or press Windows + A to open Quick Settings
- Click the arrow next to the WiFi icon
Step 2: Select Your Network
- Find your office network in the list
- Click on the network name
- Check Connect automatically if desired
- Click Connect
Step 3: Enter Password
- Enter the WiFi password when prompted
- Click Next
- Wait for connection
Windows 10
Step 1: Open Network Settings
- Click the WiFi icon in the system tray
- Find your office network
- Click Connect
Step 2: Enter Credentials
- Enter the network password
- Click Next
- Choose whether to be discoverable on the network
Mac
Step 1: Open WiFi Menu
- Click the WiFi icon in the menu bar (top right)
- If WiFi is off, click Turn WiFi On
Step 2: Select Network
- Find your office network in the list
- Click on the network name
- Enter the password when prompted
- Click Join
iPhone / iPad
Step 1: Open Settings
- Open the Settings app
- Tap WiFi
- Make sure WiFi is turned on
Step 2: Connect
- Tap your office network name
- Enter the password
- Tap Join
Android
Step 1: Open Settings
- Open Settings
- Tap Network & Internet or Connections
- Tap WiFi
Step 2: Connect
- Tap your office network
- Enter the password
- Tap Connect
Troubleshooting
Cannot see the network?
- Move closer to the WiFi access point
- Make sure WiFi is enabled on your device
- The network may be hidden (ask IT for details)
- Check you are entering the correct password
- Passwords are case-sensitive
- Contact IT if unsure of the password
- Forget the network and reconnect
- Restart your device
- Contact IT support
