How It Works
Quick discovery call
A 15-minute chat to understand your business, your team, the IT infrastructure you rely on, and where it keeps biting you. No pressure, no jargon.
You get a clear proposal
We send a written proposal with the right plan, scope, and pricing for your IT infrastructure — no surprises, no obligation.
We onboard your infrastructure
Once you accept, we audit and document every device, server, network and tenant, secure your environment, deploy monitoring, and meet your team. Zero downtime, done in the background.
Proactive support kicks in
Your team gets a trusted Australian based helpdesk. We monitor, patch, back up, and protect the whole infrastructure — and fix issues before staff even notice.
What happens when you call us?
You will speak to one of our team — not a call centre. We will ask a few questions about your business, your current IT infrastructure, and what is hurting most right now. Usually about 15 minutes.

What is included
Bolt on the protection you actually need
One combined module that protects your people and backs up your data. Add it to any base plan — it's the module clients add most often once we walk them through the risks.
Cyber Security + Data Redundancy
Optional add-on
Chosen by the majority of Australian businesses we onboard onto Managed IT — the two work together, so we bundle them.
The full safety net — professional protection for your people and a tested backup of everything they create. One module, one invoice, one team to call. Stops a dodgy email or stolen password from taking your business offline for a week, and means a lost laptop or ransomware hit is something you recover from in hours, not weeks.
Cyber Security — protect your people
Data Redundancy — back up your data
Best for
Any Australian SMB that wants the full safety net — protection for the people and a backup of the data — in one module. Especially healthcare, NDIS, allied health, legal, accounting and finance, where you hold client data you cannot afford to lose or leak.
Putting it all together
A typical fully-protected user on Managed IT plus the Cyber Security + Data Redundancy module is $263 per user per month, ex GST. Managed IT Premium (with Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Google Workspace Business Plus licensing and vCIO included) is $320 per user per month, ex GST. Essential Helpdesk starts at $130 per user per month, ex GST, for reactive-only support. All prices exclude GST and any third-party software licences not bundled into your plan (which are passed through at cost). Call us for a clear, no-obligation quote scoped to your team size.
On-site visits — how they work
Almost everything across all plans is delivered remotely as part of your monthly fee. When on-site is the right call — installs, moves, major issues — visits are billed at $180 per hour, ex GST, with a 1.5 hour minimum per call-out. We will always tell you up front before sending a technician on-site, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Drag the slider to your team size and toggle the protection you want. We will show you what we cost vs what an in-house IT person on the same team would.
Add the protection you want
Managed IT for 10 users
$31,560 per year, ex GST
1 in-house IT person for 10 users
$138,000 per year, ex GST
Your saving with Netluma IT
That is $106,440 a year back in your business.
Indicative monthly costs only, ex GST. Internal hire estimate assumes one IT generalist per 40 users at a fully-loaded cost of ~$9,500/month (≈ $114k/year). Actual quotes are scoped to your business on a discovery call.
Break-Fix vs Managed IT
A side-by-side look at what changes when your whole IT is proactively managed by a single trusted partner.
We Make Switching IT Providers Painless
Most businesses delay switching because they assume it will mean downtime, lost data, or weeks of disruption to their infrastructure. With our onboarding process, it does not.
We coordinate with your current provider
You do not have to manage the awkward conversations. We handle the handover request, asset list, and credential transfer professionally.
Zero business downtime
Your team keeps working through the switch. We onboard the infrastructure in the background — discovery, documentation, monitoring, and helpdesk handover — without disrupting your day.
Your data and accounts stay yours
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, file servers, line-of-business apps — your data stays where it is. We add visibility and protection, we do not move things you rely on.
Fully documented in 1–2 weeks
By the time onboarding is finished, every device, server, network appliance and tenant is documented — so support is fast from day one and you are never locked to one technician.
Most clients have their whole infrastructure onboarded within 1–2 weeks of saying yes — with zero downtime.
Why Australian SMBs Choose Netluma IT for Their Infrastructure
Australian based helpdesk
When your team calls, they speak to a technician in Australia — not a script in another country. Most issues solved on the first call.
Security & backup, your call
Cyber Security + Data Redundancy is offered as one optional combined module — add it when you want the extra layer of protection for your infrastructure.
Infrastructure that grows with you
From 3 staff to 500. Per-user pricing means costs scale cleanly as your team and your infrastructure grow — no painful re-quotes every six months.
24/7 monitoring
We see problems on the network, server or fleet before your team does. Most are fixed silently in the background, often before anyone in the office realises something was wrong.
Fair, transparent terms
6-month minimum to get the onboarding right, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. No annual lock-ins, no exit fees.
One predictable invoice
No per-call fees. No surprise bills. One clear monthly amount that covers your whole infrastructure — easy to budget, easy to scale.
Not sure if your current IT infrastructure is holding your business back?
15 minutes with one of our IT Specialists is enough to tell you — no sales pitch, no obligation, just a clear answer.
Does this Sound Familiar?
Most businesses we talk to are dealing with the same infrastructure problems — usually because they outgrew their current setup years ago.
Managed IT fixes all of this — and most businesses do not pay more than they do today on average, once you factor in the downtime, surprise bills, and lost time.
Our 4 Promises to Your Business
Switching IT providers should be the easiest decision you make this quarter. Here is what we commit to from day one.
Fixed monthly pricing — no surprise bills
One predictable per-user fee covers your support, monitoring, and patching. No hourly call-outs, no after-the-fact invoices.
1 business hour callback, every time
Call or send an enquiry and you will hear back from an Australian IT Specialist within one business hour during helpdesk hours.
No long lock-ins, no exit fees
Plans start with a 6-month minimum so we can onboard properly. After that, month-to-month with 30 days written notice — no annual contracts, no exit penalties.
Honest advice — not a sales pitch
Every call goes to an IT Specialist or your Account Manager. We recommend what your business actually needs and tell you when something is not the right fit.
