Ransomware Just Locked Your Patient Records. Do You Have a Backup You Can Actually Restore?
Most practices assume their backup is running. Most are wrong — the last restore test failed silently months ago. We put a verified, encrypted, offsite backup behind every device that touches patient data.

Small healthcare practices often fall through the cracks — too small for enterprise IT, too specialist for a generic IT provider.
No IT support when you need it most
Your PMS freezes at 9am with a full appointment book. You call your IT person and get voicemail. Healthcare IT problems don't wait.
Patient data with no proper protection
Old hardware, no offsite backup, no encryption. Under the Privacy Act 1988, your practice is responsible if patient records are lost or exposed.
Paying for managed IT you don't need yet
A solo practitioner or small clinic may not be ready for a full managed IT contract. You need reliable support when something goes wrong — nothing more.
Clinical software issues nobody owns
Your IT provider says call the software vendor. The vendor says call IT. Best Practice, Cliniko, Medical Director — we troubleshoot, install and test them, and we liaise directly with vendor support until the issue is closed.
Clear, transparent pricing
Month-to-month service agreement. No long-term lock-in. Start with hourly support and add Cyber & Backup to protect every device.
Ready for full managed IT? Plans from $245/user/month — unlimited helpdesk, all-inclusive cyber, backup and Microsoft 365.
The security baseline every healthcare device needs — $68/device/month
Hourly support fixes the problem in front of you. But without a security and backup baseline, you're one ransomware attack or hardware failure away from losing patient records — and a Notifiable Data Breach you have to publicly report.
For $68/device/month ex GST we put the full protection layer on every device in your practice that holds or accesses patient data. Month-to-month service agreement, 30 days' notice to cancel.

What does $180/hour ex GST cover?
All labour — remote and phone support billed in 15-minute increments. On-site visits (Brisbane and Gold Coast) have a minimum charge of 1.5 hours, then billed in 15-minute increments thereafter. No callout fee on top of the hourly rate. Parts and software licences are charged at cost if required.
What is included in the Netluma Cyber Protect package?
Netluma Cyber Protect at $99/device/month ex GST covers: 24/7 threat detection and response, managed endpoint security (EDR) on every device, business backup and recovery (full image backups tested monthly), dark web monitoring, domain email security monitoring, ransomware recovery assistance, and a monthly plain-English security report. It's the minimum we recommend for any healthcare device holding patient data — both for operational safety and Privacy Act compliance.
Is there a contract?
Yes — a simple month-to-month service agreement is required for both the hourly support arrangement and the Cyber & Backup package. There is no long-term lock-in. Either service can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Do you support my clinical software?
Yes. We support Best Practice, Medical Director, Genie, Zedmed, Cliniko, Nookal and other major healthcare platforms. Our technicians understand how these systems interact with your network and how to resolve common issues quickly.
How quickly can you respond?
Remote support is typically within the hour during business hours (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–6:00pm). For on-site visits across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, we aim to be with you the same or next business day depending on urgency.
We are a small allied health practice — is this right for us?
Yes. Hourly support works well for solo practitioners, small physio and psychology clinics, NDIS providers and allied health practices that don't need a full managed IT contract yet but want reliable support when something goes wrong — from someone who actually understands their software.
Can we add Netluma Cyber Protect without managed IT?
Absolutely. Netluma Cyber Protect at $99/device/month can be added alongside hourly support. You get full protection — 24/7 threat detection, endpoint security, backup and recovery — on every device without committing to a full managed IT arrangement. Month-to-month service agreement, 30 days' notice to cancel.
Healthcare IT support that actually answers — $180/hr, month-to-month.
Add Cyber Security & Backup for $68/device/month and every device in your practice has the protection baseline it needs.
One call. Real technician. Fixed.
